What should I eat if I'm not feeling well

2018-04-22 22:24:05

Man is not iron, rice is not steel. When the body is not feeling well, eat a variety of foods, may be more comfortable.

Methods/Steps
1

When you feel uncomfortable: Ginseng tea (hot or cold). People who took 400 mg a day were 25% less likely to catch a cold. Ginseng helps increase key immune cells in the body to kill invading germs. Don't drink: Caffeinated beverages. Too much caffeine can disrupt sleep, suppress immune function, and make you more susceptible to colds, upper respiratory infections and other diseases.

2

When you need to stay awake you should eat: eggs + whole wheat bread. Eggs are a good source of protein, eat them for breakfast and stay energized throughout the day. Those who ate eggs for breakfast ate 264 fewer calories a day than those who ate cream cheese for breakfast. Don't eat: Cookies + cream cheese. This breakfast contains 500 calories, 20 grams of fat and 60 grams of carbohydrates.

3

What to eat when stressed out: Spinach salad. Green leafy vegetables such as beets and spinach are rich in B vitamins, which are good for serotonin production. Don't eat: White chocolate. White chocolate is not really chocolate, it does not contain solid cocoa powder. White chocolate is not as stimulating as dark chocolate.
