PA material generally uses 718H steel steel mold material. PA manufacturing fiber raw materials, Polyamide commonly known as Nylon (Nylon), the English name Polyamide, it is a general term for polymers containing amide groups in the main chain repeat unit of macromolecules. Polyamides can be prepared by ring-opening polymerization of lactam amines, or by polycondensation of dibasic amines and dibasic acids. PA is widely used to replace copper, non-ferrous metal production machinery, chemical, electrical parts, such as diesel engine fuel pump gear, water pump, high pressure sealing ring, oil transmission and so on. It was the first resin developed for fiber by DuPont in the United States and was industrialized in 1939. In the 1950s, the development and production of injection molded products began to replace metal to meet the requirements of lightweight and cost reduction of downstream industrial products. PA has good comprehensive properties, including mechanical properties, heat resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance and self-lubrication, and low friction coefficient, a certain flame retardant, easy to process, suitable for reinforced modification with glass fiber and other fillers, improve performance and expand the scope of application.
