The blissful aroma of egg and milk - Dutch Baby toasted muffins

2018-05-10 22:24:58

The ingredients of Dutch muffins are similar to those of chicken cakes and American muffins, but they are made in a simpler way with simple eggs, milk, sugar, flour and cream without the need to beat the eggs or add baking powder Just put the cast iron pan or stainless steel pan into the oven to preheat, melt the cream, pour the mixed egg and milk batter into the hot pan, throw it into the oven for 15-20 minutes, and enjoy the loose and crispy cream baked muffins. During the baking process, the kitchen is filled with the happy aroma of egg and milk, and the mood unconsciously becomes relaxed and happy It's also a wonderful holiday experience to look at the puffy creme fraiche muffins in the oven and they're about twice the height of the pan, and they're amazing and huge and they're crisp and golden and they're fluffy and they're very attractive and they're rich and full of creme fraiche aromas with a hint of sweetness and they're earthen and they're really authentic and they're crunchy and fluffy but they have a little bit of a solid texture and they're fun to play with Fresh strawberries and dusted with powdered sugar like fine snow. Thanks God, what more could you ask for this holiday muffin?

Matters needing attention
1

A stainless steel pan can be used instead of a cast iron pan. Note that the pot with a plastic handle can not be put in yo if there is no metal pot, maybe you can try a round cake mold, but I have not tried it, do not know whether it will succeed?

2

The pan is very hot when you take it out of the oven. Please use heat protection gloves to handle it carefully
