The province is responsible for the voluntary registration of works in the province, and the specific department is the provincial copyright office. When submitting the application, the applicant shall submit the relevant certificates and materials in accordance with the provisions of the Trial Measures for Voluntary Registration of Works: 1. Fill in the application for registration of works, the registration form of works, the guarantee of rights, and submit the original and photocopy of the work, and the description of the work (explaining the creative idea, the main characteristics and content of the work, etc.); 2. 2, individual authors apply for registration, should also submit a copy of the ID card; 3. In the application for registration of commissioned works, the copyright owner shall also submit a copy of the identity card of the copyright owner and the creator (if the copyright owner or creator is a unit, the copy of the business license or legal person code certificate, the copy of the identity card of the legal person representative), the original and a copy of the commissioned creation contract or agreement; 4. For the registration of a cooperative work, a copy of the ID card of the co-author should also be submitted (if the co-author is a unit, a copy of the business license or legal person code certificate, a copy of the ID card of the legal representative), the original and a copy of the co-creation contract or agreement; 5. For job works applying for registration, a copy of the author's ID card, a copy of the business license or legal person code certificate of the copyright owner or exclusive right holder, a copy of the ID card of the legal representative, the original and copy of the employment contract and the copyright ownership certificate shall be submitted; 6, art works or photographic works to apply for registration, the applicant in addition to submit the relevant materials as described above, but also need to submit two photos of the work (not more than 3R, can be printed on the computer), one posted in the "work registration application" at the bottom left blank, and stamped on the seal, the other submitted with the materials. The registration department shall decide whether to grant registration within 30 days from the date of accepting the application for registration of works; If registration is not granted, reasons shall be given.
