For job works applying for registration, a copy of the author's ID card, a copy of the business license or legal person code certificate of the copyright owner or exclusive right holder, a copy of the ID card of the legal representative, the original and copy of the employment contract and the copyright ownership certificate shall be submitted; 6, art works or photographic works to apply for registration, the applicant in addition to submit the relevant materials as described above, but also need to submit two photos of the work (not more than 3R, can be printed on the computer), one posted in the "work registration application" at the bottom left blank, and stamped on the seal, the other submitted with the materials.
