Therefore, the mountain is located at the head of the four mountains of Buddhism with its long history and grand scale of Buddhist monasteries.

The mountain consists of five high peaks, east, west, north and south, which are said to represent Manjusri's five kinds of wisdom: Great circle mirror wisdom, wonderful observation wisdom, equality wisdom, Dharma realm body wisdom; And the five directions of the Buddhas: the Akshobhya Buddha, the Amitabha Buddha in the West, the Baosheng Buddha in the south, the non-void achievement Buddha in the north, and the Vrajjana Buddha in the center.

South Taiwan name Jinxiu peak, 2485 meters above sea level, this peak "if the top of the compound, a circle, the peak of the peak, smoke light congeal green, fine grass mixed flowers, thousands of mountains, still shop brocade, so the name." Yuan Haowen, a famous poet, wrote a poem in praise: "Shen Shenlong cave stores clouds and smoke, a hundred grasses and a thousand flowers, rain and dew. Buddha Tuxiu compared the human environment, who will get the golden lotus with the step?"

North Taiwan name Ye Dou peak, 3061 meters above sea level, the highest, has the "roof of North China" said, its platform "the top flat wide, the circumference of the four, its look up, the top of the Mo Dou ladle, so the name."
