Roll your eyes up and down a few times

Start with a finger

Place it 30 cm away from your face (you can easily keep your eyes on your fingers anyway)

Then slowly move your fingers toward the tip of your nose, keeping your eyes fixed on them. If you lose the focus, start again

Fingers a centimetre or two from your face so you can keep your eyes on them, you're done! (It gets a little dizzy in the back, but that proves you made it!)

After this stage of success, the second stage depends on your imagination, imagine the fingers from far to near... It's going to work out
