Integrated sewage treatment equipment will inevitably have some failures after a long time of use, and because the structure of the equipment is complex, the failure is usually a duplicate. In order to better repair these faults, the fault treatment of integrated sewage treatment equipment generally adopts a hierarchical treatment method.

Secondary failure: When the integrated sewage treatment equipment fails, it needs to be disassembled and repaired, simply replaced with spare parts, or it needs to be adjusted as a whole, such as the overall replacement of the water pump, the replacement of electrical parts and the replacement of the hand valve. The maintenance personnel need to report the fault phenomenon to the operator, and the operator will organize a team or maintenance personnel to replace or repair it. The whole process and remaining issues need to be clearly communicated.
Level 3 failure: When the integrated sewage treatment equipment fails, the team personnel cannot complete the maintenance, and the maintenance needs to be carried out by the supplier or relevant professionals, which needs to be reported to the operator in time and coordinated by the main personnel.
