Red grapefruit tea
Grapefruit, rub with salt, peel with a plane.
Take half of the grapefruit peel, shred it and boil for 30 minutes. Then let it soak for 30 minutes.
Break the flesh.
Pomelo skin, pulp, and rock sugar all into the pan, no water, to a little apple cider vinegar.

It's done. It's been cooking for, like, half an hour, depending on the firepower. Remove and let cool. Then add the honey, I used about 300g, mix well and chill in the fridge. Refrigerate for a day, bottle and drink as you go.
